Personal Training sessions can take place in the comfort of your own home/garden.
At my home / in a park / at a gym.
On a one-to-one session or small groups if you prefer to exercise with your friends / partner who have a similar goal.
Personal Training includes :-
* Lifestyle goals, aims and objectives
* Fitness assessment including BP, % body fat, height, weight, lung function, flexibility, body measurements.
* Personal Training session (30 mins or 60 mins)
* Re assessments at regular intervals to assess performance and goal objectives.
